Interdoc specialise in the compilation of Mechanical and Electrical O&M Manuals to BSRIA Publication BG 1/2007 TK standard, Log Books to CIBSE TM31 2006 standard, and Building User Guides to BREEAM standard.

Once we have the basic information from our clients, which usually consists of the Specification, list of sub-contractors used, and copy orders for the main plant and equipment, we can make a start on preparing a draft manual, chasing suppliers and sub-contractors ourselves to aquire the necessary information.

Manuals are invoiced on a 2-stage basis, the first invoice not being issued until the draft manual is despatched to the client. Therefore an order can be placed with ourselves early in the contract, ensuring that manuals will be available when required, and no costs are incurred by the client until that time. The second invoice is issued when the final manuals are issued.

The company has been in existence for seven years, and the principals running the company have over 35 years experience in the building services field.
