Log Books

The Building Log Books we provided are based on the CIBSE TM31 2006 standard templates. We normally provide one hard copy, which also contains the information in electronic format contained on a re-recordable CD attached to the inside cover of the Log Book binder, to enable the building user to alter and re-print the manual as changes occur and meter readings etc are added.  

The binder will be 4-post, and the hard copy will be printed on 100gm/m2 paper.

Any documents such as Air Infiltration Test, Energy Performance Certificate, etc will be contained in numbered plastic pockets at the rear of the file.
